Direct placement flow
The model is simple: Cherry runs the search, you hire the person, then your team owns the relationship in-house.
The search starts with a $500 refundable deposit, credited toward the $3,000 placement fee at hire. If you do not hire, you do not pay.
Cherry can shortlist strong candidates quickly so you can move into interviews without building the whole search in-house.
The $3,000 fee is only due after a successful hire. The $500 deposit is deducted, so the full fee stays tied to placement outcome.
We help with compensation calibration, offer-stage guidance, and handoff so the candidate can start cleanly.
Once the person is hired, your team owns day-to-day management, payroll, training, and retention.
Need more support?
Managed hire is the better fit when your team wants payroll, compliance, onboarding, and active support wrapped into the engagement.
