We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting client in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. This is a full-time remote role for a U.S.-based company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a performance-driven environment while supporting multiple recruiting teams and ensuring hiring goals are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide recruiting support to assigned markets when primary recruiters or administrators are unavailable or require additional assistance.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting efforts through phone calls, text messages, and email communication.
Support interview retention by confirming candidate attendance and addressing questions or concerns before scheduled interviews.
Monitor recruiting metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve market performance.
Maintain accurate and detailed records within the client's applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting databases.
Collaborate with recruiters, administrators, and market leadership to ensure hiring targets are met.
Manage calendars by scheduling interviews, sending Zoom links, responding to candidate inquiries, and confirming appointments in a timely manner.
Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal team members across multiple communication platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, or a related high-volume environment.
1+ years of experience working remotely.
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and markets simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Based in South Africa with availability to work full-time U.S. business hours (Monday–Friday).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruiting software.
Comfortable using scheduling tools, Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, and other collaboration platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience supporting multiple recruiters or hiring teams simultaneously.

Fast and accurate typing skills with the ability to update recruiting systems in real time
Performance Expectations:
Maintain a minimum 50% Call List Completion Rate for assigned markets.
Maintain a minimum 50% Interview Retention Rate.
Complete a minimum of 200 outbound phone calls per day.
Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates and internal teams.
Accurately document all recruiting activity and candidate interactions.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position; U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST/CST/PST depending on assignment)
Fully remote role supporting a U.S.-based company
Pay ranges from R12,000 – R15,000 per month
