What this role covers

We are hiring a Social Media Coordinator for a growing property investment company based in the UK. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) role. This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about social media, with experience managing content workflows, coordinating creative teams, and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage revisions to video and graphic content using Frame.io, ensuring all feedback is actioned accurately and efficiently.

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Rella.

  • Design graphics and create content aligned with client brand guidelines.

  • Manage the content team by coordinating workloads, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of content.

  • Book shoot days directly with clients and coordinate logistics with the internal team.

  • Perform basic content editing, including short-form videos, captions, cuts, and final content tidy-ups.

  • Monitor social media trends, trending audio, and platform updates to keep content relevant and engaging.

  • Conduct trend analysis and develop fresh content ideas.

  • Prepare and present monthly analytics and performance reports.

  • Create LinkedIn posts and respond to LinkedIn messages professionally.

  • Organize and maintain digital assets using Google Drive.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience managing social media accounts for property/real estate businesses, similar professional service brands.

  • 2+ years’ experience coordinating content production and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices.

  • Experience using Frame.io for content review and revision workflows.

  • Basic to intermediate video editing experience.

  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar design software.

  • Excellent written English and communication skills.

  • 2+ years’ experience working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) managing or leading creative teams.

  • 1+ year(s) experience coordinating production schedules.

  • 2+ years’ experience creating social media performance reports and using analytics to improve content strategy.

  • A creative mindset with the confidence to contribute new ideas and content concepts.

Schedule & Pay

  • 20 hours per week; Monday - Friday (9:00am - 1:00pm BST)

  • This is a fully remote position for a UK-based company, working GMT/BST.

  • Pay ranges from R7,000 – R8,500 per month

  • Annual raises, confirmed holidays and PTO
