We are hiring a Sales Operations & Account Coordinator (B2B Custom Orders) for a DTC eCommerce company in the consumer goods/accessories industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a US-based client. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and excels at managing multiple workflows, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage post-sale workflows for B2B custom orders from quote to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Create and send professional quotes and invoices; track payment status and follow up when needed
Prepare clear production briefs and communicate order details to fulfillment and production teams
Coordinate design mockups, including logo placement, sizing, and color options, for client review and approval
Maintain accurate order data in CRM systems and spreadsheets, updating statuses and notes in real time
Monitor shipments, provide tracking updates, and resolve delivery issues with carriers and clients
Proactively follow up with clients regarding outstanding approvals, assets, and payments to keep orders moving efficiently
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure requirements and timelines are clearly communicated
Produce client-facing documents and presentations such as quotes, order summaries, and recaps
Support general sales enablement and administrative tasks to maintain an organized and efficient pipeline
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, account coordination, or customer success
2+ Experience managing order-to-cash workflows, including quotes, invoices, approvals, fulfillment, and shipment tracking
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours
Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
B2B experience preferred
Experience in eCommerce, consumer goods, wholesale, promotional products, or custom/branded merchandise
Familiarity with design workflows and file types used for embroidery or printing, including vector files
Experience with logistics, shipping coordination, and fulfillment partners
Exposure to working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Required Skills & Tools:
CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Invoicing/accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
Google Docs / Microsoft Word
Canva or similar design/mockup tools
Basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a plus
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time position (20 hours/week) to start, with potential to transition to full-time by Q4
Core working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET, with flexibility of 2–3 hours
This is a fully remote job for a US-based client
Pay ranges from R14 000 – R18 000 per month for full-time (40 hrs/week)
