What this role covers

We are hiring a Property Report & Administrative Assistant for a property services company in the Real Estate industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a UK-based client. The role is focused on preparing, editing, and finalizing property inspection reports from templates, coordinating contractor quotes, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, a fluent English communicator, comfortable on the phone, and a quick learner who follows defined processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and proofread property inspection reports using established templates

  • Cross-check data, correct grammar and typos, and ensure consistency and accuracy prior to delivery

  • Liaise with internal team members to clarify notes and fill information gaps

  • Contact contractors/vendors to request and follow up on quotes; record and compare pricing

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and inbox follow-ups

  • Track report progress, manage queues, and meet turnaround deadlines

  • Maintain accurate records in shared drives/CRMs and adhere to SOPs

  • Communicate proactively via email, chat, and phone to keep work moving

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in administrative support, report preparation, or operations

  • Excellent written and verbal English; strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated experience working with document templates and version control

  • Confident phone manner; able to obtain, document, and follow up on third-party quotes

  • Ability to work full-time during UK business hours and meet tight deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in UK property/real estate or professional services (e.g., surveying)

  • Familiarity with UK property tenure (leasehold vs. freehold) and related terminology

  • Experience using Rightmove/Rightmove Plus or similar property platforms


Required Skills & Tools:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)

  • Strong proofreading, formatting, and data-entry skills

  • VoIP/phone tools and basic CRM or task management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)


Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time position; 8:30 AM–5:30 PM UK time, Monday–Friday

  • Fully remote role for a UK-based client

  • Pay ranges from  R14,000 per month - R16,800 per month 

  • Includes structured training on internal systems, clear SOPs, and growth potential in a long-term role


System Requirements:

  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps upload and download

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher

  • 8 GB of RAM or higher

  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer

  • HD 720p webcam

  • Headset with microphone
