What this role covers
We are hiring an Outreach Coordinator for a boutique Executive Talent Agency this is a part-time, remote role for a US based company. This role is ideal for someone who is professionally mature, highly organized, and capable of managing business development and candidate outreach through written messaging channels. The ideal candidate is agile, nimble, and able to learn quickly while strictly following SOPs to keep the team on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach Management: Execute outreach initiatives for both Business Development (client acquisition) and Search Projects (candidate sourcing) via messaging channels (Email, LinkedIn, etc.). Note: This role does not require voice/phone cold calling.
Project Coordination: Manage calendars and schedules to keep the executive team on track with current deadlines and business goals.
Follow-Up Strategy: Implement and manage consistent follow-up strategies to ensure responsiveness from potential clients and candidates.
CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to organize contacts, track outreach progress, and manage workflows.
Adherence to SOPs: Follow specific Standard Operating Procedures regarding operations and communication styles set by the leadership.
Required Qualifications:
2 years proven experience in an administrative, outreach, or project coordination role.
Strong written communication skills; ability to engage professionally via email and direct messaging.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and timelines effectively.
Agility and the ability to pivot quickly as business needs change (e.g., shifting from heavy business development to project management).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working within an Executive Search or Recruitment agency.
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
Familiarity with business development cycles.
Required Skills & Tools:
HubSpot (Experience preferred, but willingness to learn is required)
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
LinkedIn (Recruiter/Sales Navigator familiarity is a plus)
Project Management/Tracking tools
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time role: 20 hours a week US (PST )time zone
This is a fully remote job for a US based company
Pay ranges from R6000 - R9500, depending on experience and skill
Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays PTO
