What this role covers

We are hiring a High Ticket Sales Closer for a high-growth Agency & Consulting company in the Medical Spa and Aesthetics industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a US-based company. This role is ideal for a high-energy, persuasive communicator who excels at closing high-ticket programs and is comfortable navigating the clinical and business nuances of the med-spa market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run scheduled discovery and strategy calls with qualified prospects to present the offer and close deals.

  • Follow a proven sales framework while adapting organically to each conversation.

  • Expertly handle objections around scope, pricing, and timeline to secure decisions on the call.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and perform diligent follow-ups via CRM, email, SMS, and DMs.

  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurately document all calls and notes in GoHighLevel (GHL).

  • Support minor appointment setting and light top-of-funnel prospecting when needed to supplement inbound volume.

  • Prepare proposals and invoices while coordinating smooth handoffs to the client success team.

  • Attend weekly team meetings and stay aligned with leadership on pipeline performance and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of high-ticket B2B closing experience, preferably in an agency or service-based environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding close-rate and revenue targets.

  • Clear, neutral English accent with exceptional communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strict CRM discipline.

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional, confident presence on video calls.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling for digital marketing agencies or growth programs.

  • Experience in the Medical Spa, Aesthetics, or Clinical industry is a significant plus.

  • Background in appointment setting or outbound prospecting.

  • Experience transitioning leads from organic and paid social media channels.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly preferred.

  • Video Meeting Platforms: Zoom and Google Meet.

  • Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn, Apollo, and email/SMS platforms.

  • Sales: Objection handling, rapport building, and value-based selling.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time position; US business hours (Pacific/Mountain time overlap preferred).

  • This is a fully remote job for a US-based company.

  • Base salary: R15,500 – R19,500 per month, with additional commission based on performance.

  • Includes onboarding, ongoing coaching, performance incentives, and strong growth potential.
