What this role covers

We are hiring a Digital Marketing and Web Design Specialist for a digital marketing and business services company supporting real estate clients. This is a part-time remote role for an international client, focused on delivering digital marketing, content creation, and website management for multiple real estate brands.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and self-directed, with experience in digital marketing, website development (WordPress/Wix), and creating engaging visual and video content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary digital marketing support across multiple real estate marketing projects.

  • Develop and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress or Wix, including page updates, landing pages, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.

  • Design social media graphics, marketing visuals, and website assets using tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.

  • Create engaging short-form video content and reels for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars, scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms.

  • Create property marketing content including promotional visuals, listing graphics, and branded marketing materials.

  • Support and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, including monitoring and optimisation.

  • Assist with Google Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and performance optimisation.

  • Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns across paid advertising and social media channels.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance including engagement metrics, lead generation, and conversions.

  • Support basic SEO implementation across websites and landing pages.

  • Manage and track leads through CRM systems or lead management tools.

  • Assist with building and optimising landing pages and marketing funnels designed for lead generation.

  • Provide general digital marketing and administrative support across client marketing projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or social media management.

  • 1+ years of experience working with real estate companies or property marketing campaigns.

  • Experience creating property marketing visuals, promotional content, or real estate listing campaigns.

  • Experience developing websites using WordPress, Wix, or similar content management systems.

  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva or equivalent tools.

  • Experience creating social media graphics, reels, and short-form video content.

  • Experience managing or supporting Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Basic experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Experience running digital lead generation campaigns.

  • Experience managing leads using CRM systems or marketing platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization.

  • Experience using social media scheduling tools.

  • Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation or email marketing platforms.

  • Experience working with international real estate markets.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time position; Monday to Friday, UK time zone.

  • Fully remote role for a U.S.-based client

  • Salary of PHP 25,400 - PHP 34,500 per month
