We are hiring a Client Success & Retention Specialist for a B2B marketing services company in the lead generation industry. This is a Part-Time remote role for a United States based client. The role is focused on managing client relationships, supporting retention, driving upsells, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
The ideal candidate is a persuasive, metrics-driven communicator with strong follow-through, and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary workflows include handling onboarding calls, check-in calls, client communication, and offboarding calls.
Manage customer retention initiatives, upselling opportunities, and testimonial collection.
Own day-to-day client communication, including campaign updates and service-related discussions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline tracking (GoHighLevel or similar).
Support basic sales conversations with clients where opportunities for expansion arise.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through structured follow-ups and proactive communication.
Required Qualifications:
2–3 years of proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support roles.
Hands-on experience managing outreach, pipelines, or client workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs.
Ability to confidently handle client conversations and identify upsell opportunities.
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent and strong phone presence.
Highly process-driven, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
Experience working in a remote, global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with marketing agencies, lead generation companies, or professional services firms.
Familiarity with cold SMS and cold email best practices, including compliance and opt-out handling.
Experience booking meetings or handling client communications in financial services or high-trust niches.

Email and calendar management tools (Gmail/Outlook and Calendly)
Google Workspace and Slack (or similar communication and reporting tools)
GoHighLevel for CRM, outreach, pipeline, and calendar management
VoIP dialer tools (e.g., JustCall, Aircall, Twilio)
Productivity and documentation tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
Schedule & Pay:
Full-Time position; 20 hours per week; US business hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–1PM Central Time, with flexibility across US time zones)
Fully remote role for a United States based client
Pay ranges from R7000 – R10,000 ZAR per month, plus performance-based bonuses for retention, upsells, and testimonials
Includes training, playbooks/SOPs, and strong growth potential in a fast-scaling program
