Job Description
What this role covers
We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager for a wellness company managing two brands in the Performance Lifestyle industry. This is a Full-Time remote role designed for a strategic, "A-player" who will manage our affiliate partners.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on building long-term business relationships, possesses exceptional written communication skills, and has a "Right Hand" mentality when it comes to managing our affiliate network. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on turning outreach into revenue and bringing order to complex partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, managing all day-to-day communications and ensuring a premium partner experience.
Draft and manage high-level email correspondence to recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier affiliates; act as a professional gatekeeper for the affiliate inbox.
Identify, vet, and negotiate with new partnership opportunities to expand the company’s network reach across both brands.
Monitor affiliate performance and ROI; provide regular, actionable reports on campaign effectiveness to the executive team.
Perform "digital housekeeping" by organizing and maintaining affiliate trackers, CRM pipelines, and Notion boards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all affiliate-led content remains high-quality and consistent with our Biotech and Performance Lifestyle branding.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Management, or high-level Marketing Operations.
Native-level fluency in written English with a mastery of professional email etiquette and persuasive communication.
Self-Starter Mentality: The ability to take a "brain dump" of marketing goals and turn them into a structured affiliate recruitment campaign with minimal supervision.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to track ROI, interpret data, and adjust strategies based on partner performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Notion (database management and project architecture).
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level Support role with a successful transition into marketing operations.
Prior experience in the biotechnology, health/wellness, or e-commerce sectors.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage partner pipelines.

Affiliate Management: Everflow, HasOffers, or ShareASale.
Project Management: Notion (Required), Asana, or Airtable.
CRM Platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Communication: Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Slack, and Zoom.

Full-Time position; 9am to 5pm U.S. PST.
This is a fully remote job for a U.S.-based company.
Pay Range: ZAR 18,000 – ZAR 30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical proficiency.
Annual raises, performance bonuses, and confirmed holiday PTO included.
System Requirements
Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps.
Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher; 8 GB of RAM or higher.
