What this role covers

We are hiring a Remote Office Manager for a small business specializing in premium residential and commercial cleaning services based in Georgia, USA. The role is focused on managing the end-to-end client journey—from the first inquiry for a deep clean to ensuring the team is dispatched and the final invoice is paid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Management: Handle all inbound phone calls and digital inquiries. Use your sales background to explain our value proposition, provide estimates, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the service calendar, ensuring optimal routing and timing for cleaning teams to maximize efficiency.

  • CRM & Tech Management: Maintain accurate records within HubSpot and G Suite. Ensure all client data, job notes, and follow-ups are updated in real-time.

  • End-to-End Client Journey: Manage the client experience from the initial "Hello" to post-service follow-up and reviews.

  • Administrative & Bookkeeping Support: Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping tasks, and general administrative duties to keep the business running smoothly.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any scheduling conflicts or client concerns with grace.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven Sales Background: Experience in a sales-heavy role is essential. You must be comfortable "selling" the service and overcoming objections.

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the home services industry (cleaning, roofing, or similar trades) is highly preferred.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM), G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and booking systems/appointment scheduling software (Servio, Stripe, Bookingkoala)is required.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be able to build rapport quickly over the phone.

  • Self-Management: As a remote role, you must be highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time position: 8am-5pm (EST)

  • Location: Fully remote role for a US-based company

  • Salary: R14,000 – R18,000 per month.

  • Growth: Annual raises and confirmed holidays.
