What this role covers

We are hiring a Remote Fleet Risk & Intelligence Analyst for a fast-growing fleet intelligence company in the Logistics & Analytics industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for an Istanbul, Turkiye based company. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong analytical skills, a high attention to detail, and enjoys working at the intersection of data validation and operational risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fuel Theft & Anomaly Review: Review system-generated alerts, analyze fuel sensor and GPS data, and validate events against operational context to confirm thefts or identify false positives.

  • Telematics & Device Validation: Investigate sensor issues, identify calibration problems, and troubleshoot asset telemetry inconsistencies.

  • Asset Onboarding Support: Review newly onboarded assets for correct configuration and ensure data quality before customer go-live.

  • Continuous Improvement: Tag recurring false positive patterns and provide structured feedback to engineering and product teams to improve detection logic.

  • Documentation: Consistently document reasoning for decisions and contribute to operational process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of industry experience in logistics, fleet management, or operational monitoring (or similar role).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in working with dashboards and structured datasets.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to make consistent, sound judgments independently.

  • Excellent written documentation skills.

  • Full professional English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fraud analysis, risk operations, or anomaly detection.

  • Background in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or telematics.

  • Basic understanding of GPS, IoT, or sensor data.

  • Experience with BI tools, Excel, or data review platforms.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time position; Standard Weekday hours in the TRT (UTC+3) time zone.

  • This is a fully remote job for an Istanbul based company (with potential for hybrid flexibility after probation).

  • Pay ranges from R21,000 to R32,000, depending on experience and skill.

  • Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays, and PTO included.
