We are hiring a Qualification Specialist for a fast-paced, high-volume U.S.-based operations team in the workforce engagement and structured communication space. This is a full-time remote role designed for individuals who are highly confident on the phone, comfortable managing structured conversations at scale, and experienced in performance-driven environments.
This role operates in a high-output, KPI-driven setting similar to SDR or inside sales functions, where success is measured by speed, consistency, communication quality, and outcomes at scale.
You will be responsible for conducting structured live conversations, qualifying individuals based on defined criteria, and maintaining a strong, consistent performance rhythm throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume structured live conversations with individuals via phone and/or video
Manage back-to-back scheduled interactions (approximately every 20 minutes)
Follow structured qualification frameworks to assess suitability and alignment
Ask targeted, outcome-driven questions to guide conversations efficiently
Maintain strong communication control while keeping interactions natural and engaging
Accurately log outcomes, notes, and insights into internal systems (ATS/CRM)
Identify high-potential individuals and flag them for progression
Maintain consistent output in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Ensure professionalism and clarity across all interactions
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, call centre, hospitality, teaching, or other high-volume communication roles
Experience working in target-driven or performance-based environments
Strong English communication skills (fluent, confident, structured)
Comfortable speaking on phone and video for extended periods
Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Strong discipline and ability to maintain output consistency across high volume
Based in South Africa and available for US business hours (Mon–Fri)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outbound sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting
Familiarity with CRM tools
Background in fast-paced commercial environments (SDR, BPO, retail sales, hospitality upselling)
Strong objection handling and conversational control skills
KPI or metrics-driven work experience

Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position; US business hours (8am–5pm EST/CST/PST depending on assignment)
Fully remote role for a U.S.-based company
Pay ranges from R15,000 – R18,000 per month
Includes:
Weekly performance-based incentives (up to +50% additional earnings)
Stable base income with consistent monthly structure
High earning upside tied to output and quality
