What this role covers

We are hiring a Operations Coordinator for a boutique farm-to-table catering company in the Events & Hospitality industry. This is a Part-Time remote role for a Montana (US) based company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with digital automation tools, particularly in managing the operational flow of a growing seasonal business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize executive email inboxes and maintain complex calendars.

  • Oversee lead management and CRM workflows within GoHighLevel (including managing Facebook ads automations).

  • Provide light social media support through Blaze, reviewing AI-generated captions/photos once a week and engaging with comments.

  • Build and maintain monthly staff schedules for 10-15 summer employees using Sling.

  • Ensure smooth communication between local farm producers and the catering team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Operations Assistant or in an administrative support role in a remote setting.

  • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably GoHighLevel or similar).

  • Experience in staff scheduling and resource management.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the hospitality, catering, or wedding industry.

  • Familiarity with AI content tools like Blaze.

  • Background in managing leads from social media ad campaigns.

Schedule & Pay:

  • PART-TIME position (20 hours per week / 4 hours per day).

  • Standard business hours in the Mountain Time (MT) time zone.

  • This is a fully remote job for a Montana, US based company.

  • Pay ranges from Pay ranges from R6,500 - R8,5000/ PHP 24000 -31400 , depending on experience and skill.

  • Annual raises, bonuses, and confirmed holiday PTO.

  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps.

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher.
