What this role covers

We are hiring a Media Operations & Post-Production Assistant (Real Estate) to support a growing real estate photography and videography business based in Australia. This is a fully remote role focused on administrative support, client communication, scheduling coordination, subcontractor management, and post-production quality control.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of media production workflows, particularly around video editing and content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Client Support:

  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized inbox.

  • Handle client communications, booking confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management using Acuity and Google Calendar.

  • Assist with customer support and ongoing client communication.

  • Support subcontractor coordination and communication.

  • Help manage project timelines and delivery expectations.

  • Maintain organized files, documentation, and shared systems.

  • Assist with script prompts, briefs, and operational support tasks.

  • Attend regular team check-ins and communicate updates clearly.

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

Post-Production & Media Support:

  • Review and quality check video edits before client delivery.

  • Ensure property addresses, text overlays, and project details are accurate.

  • Identify issues such as underexposure, incorrect effects, spelling errors, or export inconsistencies.

  • Assist with revision tracking and communication between editors and the client.

  • Maintain quality standards across delivered media content.

  • Support post-production workflows and content organization.

  • Coordinate delivery of final assets to clients.

  • Work alongside editors and creative subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or media production support roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Experience working in client-facing support roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Comfortable managing multiple moving projects and deadlines.

  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to follow SOPs and adapt to evolving workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in real estate media, creative agencies, or video production environments.

  • Familiarity with video editing workflows and post-production terminology.

  • Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.

  • Experience supporting photographers, videographers, editors, or creative teams.

  • Experience using scheduling and project management systems.

  • Experience working with Australian-based businesses or clients.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

  • Acuity Scheduling or similar calendar systems

  • Slack / WhatsApp / Zoom

  • Project management and organizational tools

  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or video production workflows

  • Strong written communication and administrative skills

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time position; Australian-business hours (AWST)

  • This is a fully remote job for an Australia-based company

  • Pay ranges from ₱52,000 to ₱74,000 per month (depending on skills and expereince)

  • Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays, and PTO.
