We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for a growing manufacturing company in the promotional products industry. Our client runs an established business, serving major national (US) distributors and pride themselves on being a dependable, USA-made partner.
We are looking for someone who 'own's' growth—a proactive marketer who thrives on taking full responsibility for daily operations, re-engaging dormant clients, and driving repeat orders without needing heavy oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Ownership: Design, launch, and manage automated email drip campaigns to nurture leads and reactivate past customers.
Customer Engagement: Re-activate dormant customers and systematically expand top-tier accounts to drive repeat orders.
Website Management: Execute weekly website updates, including refreshing banners and promotional content.
Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to clients to drive engagement and increase order frequency. Join customer calls when appropriate to understand client needs.
Marketing Strategy: Establish, track, and report on key performance metrics weekly to measure engagement and revenue impact.
CRM management:Audit and clean existing lead data, build and manage automated "re-engagement" workflows, identify "sales-ready" leads from marketing engagement.
Creative Coordination: Sketch design concepts, and coordinate with on-site staff and graphic designers to bring marketing assets to life. Refine and polish creative content to ensure brand alignment.
Growth Tracking: Monitor daily growth initiatives and report on the effectiveness of re-engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years senior-level B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth rather than just brand awareness.
2+ years proven experience in Email Marketing and CRM management.
2+ years managing marketing calendars and executing multi-channel outreach.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred for client-facing tasks).
Ability to work independently with an "ownership mindset" and high level of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience within the Promotional Products industry.
Experience working with US-based companies in a remote capacity.
Required Skills & Tools:
CRM: HubSpot (or equivalent)
Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar drip campaign tools
CMS: Basic website management/CMS experience for banner and content updates
Design: Basic sketching/wireframing skills; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Communication: Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Schedule & Pay:
Full-Time position; Standard business hours in the EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone.
This is a fully remote job for an US - based company.
Pay ranges from R 22 000 - R 38 500, depending on experience and seniority.
Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays, and PTO.
