  • Support submission processes and ensure deadlines are met

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in grant writing for U.S.-based nonprofits

  • 3+ years of experience working with grant templates, boilerplate content, and structured writing processes

  • Strong ability to produce high-volume, high-quality written content

  • Excellent written communication and editing skills

  • Strong attention to detail, especially in compliance and submission requirements

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting fundraising teams or working under a Development/Fundraising Lead

  • Familiarity with grant reporting and post-award processes

  • AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar)

  • Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time position; U.S. business hours in the Eastern Time Zone

  • This is a fully remote job for a U.S.-based company

  • Pay ranges from R6 000 to R8 000 per month, depending on experience and skill

  • Annual raises, performance bonuses, and paid time off included

System Requirements:

  • Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher

  • 8 GB of RAM or higher

  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rates

  • The company provides a U.S. phone number and business email address

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, from home or any location of your choice

  • Eliminate commute time and improve work-life balance

  • Consistent work with the same clients, fostering long-term professional relationships

  • Opportunities for career advancement based on performance

  • Stable work hours and reliable pay

  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and individual growth
