We are hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a wealth advisory firm in the Financial Services industry. This is a part-time, remote role for a UK-based company. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive marketing professional who excels in "nurture-style" digital marketing rather than aggressive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a high-level LinkedIn outreach and connection strategy; engage with leads and professional introducers by commenting, engaging and sharing content.
Tailor and publish high-quality articles, videos, and posts that establish the firm as a leading authority in wealth building and tax efficiency.
Manage the end-to-face funnel for monthly mastermind/business networking events, ensuring a target of 10–12 high-level participants per session. Transition online connections into event attendees through personalized messaging and occasional follow-up calls to confirm attendance.
Manage the back-end of the company website and execute email marketing campaigns using lead magnets (high-level specialized articles).
Liaise with external compliance teams to ensure all marketing copy and financial promotions adhere to strict UK regulatory standards.
Manage multiple business inboxes and provide general administrative assistance as needed to maintain seamless operations.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in a nurture-based digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing coordination role.
2+ years of experience managing LinkedIn outreach and nurture campaigns, including the use of automation or sequencing tools.
2+ years of experience copywriting and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or equivalent).
2+ years of experience managing website back-ends, recurring workflows, marketing calendars, and campaign timelines independently
Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple workflows, and meet deadlines
Comfortable executing structured processes without constant supervision
Experience working remotely and maintaining consistent daily productivity
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the UK Financial Services or IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) industry.
Familiarity with UK financial promotion regulations and compliance workflows.
Experience in event marketing or filling high-value networking sessions.

Schedule & Pay:
Part-time, fully remote job for a UK-based company (GMT/BST timezone)
Pay ranges from R7,000 – R8,000 per month (part-time), depending on experience and skill
