What this role covers

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager for a B2B marketing services company in the lead generation industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a United States based client. The role is focused on handling client relations and retention, upselling and maintaining CRM hygiene. The ideal candidate is a persuasive, metrics-driven communicator, with strong follow-through, and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary workflows include handling onboarding calls, check-in calls, client communication, offboarding calls.

  • Handle customer retention, upselling, and testimonials retrievals

  • Manage all client communication, including campaign updates and potential sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service and sales roles.

  • Hands-on experience managing outreach and pipelines in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs.

  • Ability to convert customer conversations into sales.

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent and strong phone presence

  • Process-driven, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment

  • Experience working in a remote, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling customer relations for marketing/lead generation agencies or professional services

  • Familiarity with cold SMS and cold email best practices, compliance, and opt-out handling

  • Prior success booking meetings with financial advisors or in financial services niches

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Email and calendar management tools (Gmail/Outlook and Calendly)

  • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack (or similar) for communication and reporting

  • GoHighLevel for outreach, pipeline, and calendar management

  • Experience  VoIP dialer (e.g., JustCall, Aircall, Twilio) and workflow management tools like Airtable

  • Productivity and documentation tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time position; 40 hours per week; US business hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM– 5PM Central Time, with flexibility across US time zones)

  • Fully remote role for a United States based client

  • Pay ranges from R14000 - R18000 ZAR per month (base), plus bonus TBD provided for retention, upsells, and testimonials retrieved

  • Includes training, playbooks/SOPs, and strong growth potential in a fast-scaling program

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher

  • 8 GB of RAM or higher
