Overview:
We are hiring a Client Sales Representative for one of Australia's biggest dental clinics with cutting-edge voice AI solutions. The company provides AI-powered voice receptionists, appointment booking systems, and insurance coordination solutions that help Australian dental practices streamline operations, reduce administrative workload, and scale patient growth.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven sales environment, enjoys speaking with people, and is motivated by both personal growth and uncapped earning potential. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and will be responsible for qualifying prospects, handling objections, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. You'll follow our proven script and framework — no guesswork, just execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up with all inbound leads quickly.

  • Qualify prospects using our proven script and framework.

  • Book qualified appointments on the sales calendar.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Consistently meet daily outreach, call, and booking KPIs.

  • Ensure a positive patient experience throughout every interaction.

  • Adapt to objections and difficult questions with confidence.

  • Follow established sales scripts and booking frameworks while adapting naturally to each conversation.

  • Participate in in ongoing sales training, coaching sessions, and call reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Native or near-Native English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telesales, customer service, or a similar phone-based role

  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects toward a decision

  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

  • Ability to work full-time, 6 days per week (Australian or American time zones)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, software, digital marketing, or technology-related services

  • Background in healthcare, dental, medical, or patient-facing environments

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full time position; 48 hours per week (6 days per week, 8 hours per day) in the Australian time zone

  • This is a fully remote job for an Australian based company

  • Pay ranges from R17 000- R25 500 per month

  • Performance bonus: $5 USD commission for every booked appointment that attends their appointment

  • Optional: 7-day availability for increased compensation

  • Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays PTO
