We are hiring a B2B Appointment Setter for an AI solutions company in the dental technology industry. This is a full-time remote role for an Australian-based company. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a high-performance environment, enjoys speaking with prospects, and is eager to grow within a fast-growing AI company serving some of Australia's largest dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up with inbound leads in a timely manner

  • Qualify prospects using a proven sales script and qualification framework

  • Book qualified appointments directly onto the sales team's calendar

  • Handle objections confidently and professionally

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Consistently achieve daily outreach and appointment-setting KPIs

  • Represent the company professionally in every client interaction

  • Adapt communication style to different prospects and situations

  • Participate in regular sales training, coaching sessions, and mock calls

  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles

  • 2+ years of experience working in a performance-driven sales environment

  • Experience in inbound lead qualification and appointment setting

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to confidently follow and adapt a sales script

  • Highly coachable and receptive to feedback

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, software, digital marketing, or technology-related services

  • Experience working with Australian clients or within the Australian market

  • Familiarity with the dental industry or healthcare sector

  • Experience using power dialers

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time position; 48 hours per week (6 days per week, 8 hours per day) in the Australian time zone

  • This is a fully remote job for an Australian-based company

  • Base salary: R17 000 - R25 000 per month

  • Compensation includes a base salary plus 5% commission on cash collected from qualified appointments that convert into closed deals

  • Annual raises, performance bonuses, and confirmed holiday PTO may be available based on performance and tenure

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher

  • 8 GB of RAM or higher

  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer

  • HD 720p webcam

  • Headset with a microphone
