Affiliate & Social Media Growth Specialist

We are hiring an Affiliate & Social Media Growth Specialist for a Content Creator / Influencer company in the Digital Media & Influencer Marketing industry. This is a PART-TIME remote role for a US-based company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, creative, and holds deep expertise in navigating social media ecosystems (specifically TikTok and Instagram). The ideal candidate understands how to ghostwrite/engage seamlessly in the client's unique voice, proactively source and secure affiliate brand partnerships, and independently drive audience growth without needing heavy hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

• TikTok Account Growth & Management: Take ownership of a growing TikTok account; optimize, post provided content, and aggressively drive follower growth.

• Community Management & Engagement: Spend dedicated time daily actively engaging with followers and high-profile creators' posts to boost visibility, ensuring all comments and direct messages (DMs) sound authentic to the creator's voice.

• Affiliate & Brand Partnership Outbound: Proactively research, pitch, and apply to relevant brand partnerships and affiliate marketing platforms.

• Relationship and Follow-up Management: Independently follow up on applications, handle incoming inquiries from brands, and suggest strategic approaches (such as initial product trials) to build long-term brand relationships.

• Performance Monitoring: Keep track of brand collaboration statuses, acceptance rates, and platform analytics to consistently pivot to strategies that yield a higher return on investment (ROI).

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing social media accounts, specifically taking low-performing or stagnant TikTokaccounts and increasing active followers and engagement.

• Strong background in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Talent Management, with a clear understanding of what brands look for in partnerships.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to "clone" the creator's personality, tone, and language patterns for outreach and community DMs.

• Experience independently managing outreach workflows and overcoming high brand-rejection rates with optimized pitching strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working directly with digital content creators or micro-influencers (specifically in the 40k+ follower tier).

• Existing network or familiarity with major affiliate platforms and brand PR contacts.

• Experience with community management frameworks that balance both outbound pitches and organic inbox relationship building.

• Social Media Platforms: TikTok (Advanced layout, trends, and inbox ecosystem), Instagram

• Communication & Collaboration Tools: Google Chat, Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets)

• Affiliate Platforms: Experience navigating brand-influencer connection platforms, creator marketplaces, and affiliate dashboards.

Schedule & Pay

• PART-TIME position; 2 hours per day (10 hours per week) during US Central Time (CST) hours.

• This is a fully remote job for a US-based company.

• Pay ranges from R3300 - R4400, depending on experience and skill.

• Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays PTO.
