What this role covers
We are hiring a Social Media and Marketing Operations Assistant for a solo private healthcare practice in the Physical Therapy/Women’s Health industry. This is a Part-Time remote role for a United States-based client. The role is focused on growing audience engagement and conversions across social media platforms through DM automation (ManyChat or similar), data-driven community management and social media posting, as well as managing the backend operations and systems. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, proactive, data-informed, comfortable with direct feedback, and hands-on with content posting and social trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and post Instagram content (Reels, carousels, stories)
Drive community engagement: respond to DMs and comments daily, manage story interactions, and nurture conversations to increase saves, shares, and conversions
Design and manage ManyChat automations (keyword and comment triggers, lead capture, DM flows)
Support basic marketing tasks for digital program sales
Organize files in Dropbox and manage tasks in Monday.com
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts and marketing operations (posting and engagement) for brands or creators, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or professional services
Proven track record growing social media accounts and engagement
Deep knowledge of current platform trends and best practices
Experience setting up DM automation (ManyChat or similar) and running engagement/lead gen campaigns
Excellent English spoken and written skills
Able to work Eastern Time hours and must be available for daily support and three Zoom check-in meetings per week to review progress, completed tasks, and priorities
Reliable and proactive
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience marketing to women’s health, prenatal, or postpartum audiences
Familiarity with Instagram optimization and basic SEO; comfortable working with analytics dashboards
Experience with email marketing and simple funnels (e.g., Mailchimp/ ConvertKit, Leadpages, Kajabi/ Teachable)

Dropbox (managing files) and Monday.com
Social scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite)
Schedule & Pay:
Part-Time position; 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time (9:00–13:00 ET or 13:00–17:00 ET)
Fully remote role for a United States-based client
Pay ranges from R7,000 – R8,000 ZAR per month or ₱20,550–₱25,000 PHP per month
