Our growing recruiting firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our team. This role will support our recruiting efforts by completing job postings across multiple job boards, assisting with college recruitment initiatives, and collaborating with senior recruiters to fill open roles efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and update job listings across various job boards and career sites.
Assist with college recruiting efforts, including coordinating career fairs and campus outreach.
Source and screen potential candidates to support senior recruiters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Support recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent.
Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
Experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or a related field strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Sheets/Docs/Drive) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with recruitment marketing or social media outreach.
Familiarity with college recruiting processes and career fairs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
