Overview:
We are hiring an Operations Assistant for a premier executive coaching firm company in the professional coaching and leadership development industry. This is a part-time remote role for a U.S.-based company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in creating reliable processes that support a high-performing remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the team’s shared inbox with high attention to detail, prioritize messages, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-up.
Support reporting rhythms by gathering, organizing, and presenting data as needed.
Execute daily and weekly operational tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
Enter, track, and maintain accurate information across systems, including Airtable, Asana, and Google Workspace.
Document processes clearly and consistently for team-wide alignment and repeatability.
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication across remote team members.
Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline workflows and strengthen communication across the organization.
Maintain accountability to deadlines, follow-through, and high-quality execution.
Required Qualifications:
Skilled in inbox management, reporting, and daily/weekly task execution with accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Adaptable to shifting tools and committed to thorough training and accountability.
Skilled at documenting procedures clearly and consistently to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and team-wide alignment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Creative systems thinker who improves processes and strengthens team communication.
Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes efficiently.
Experience working in remote-first, high-performance teams.

Schedule & Pay:
Part-time position; U.S. hours in the EST time zone
This is a fully remote job for a U.S.-based company
Pay ranges from R7000 to R8500 per month, depending on experience and skill
