What this role covers

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant for a small, fast-growing company in the cleaning services industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a United States based company. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, proactive, highly organized, and possesses a positive, owner-like mindset to manage bookings and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls/messages, qualify leads, and book services using provided scripts and pricing guidelines.

  • Coordinate schedules and dispatch cleaners, handling day-of logistics such as property access and real-time issue resolution.

  • Manage customer communications via phone, SMS, and email; process reschedules and service adjustments professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling tools, track job status and KPIs, and produce daily/weekly reports.

  • Support hiring workflows by posting ads, pre-screening applicants, and assisting with onboarding documentation.

  • Create and update SOPs, checklists, and templates to improve operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the founder to recommend process improvements and ensure a high-quality experience for clients and cleaners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: English–Spanish.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, dispatching, or operations (ideally within home services).

  • Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert inquiries into bookings.

  • Experience coordinating schedules and managing time-sensitive logistics calmly.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets/metrics.

  • Reliability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the cleaning or home services industry (e.g., maid service, maintenance).

  • Experience with recruiting/onboarding administration and SOP documentation.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • CRM/Communications: GoHighLevel and OpenPhone (or comparable tools).

  • Scheduling: BookingKoala (or similar job scheduling software).

  • Productivity: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Slack.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time position; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST).

  • This is a fully remote job for a United States based company.

  • Pay ranges from 13 800 MXN - 26 600 MXN, depending on experience and skill.

  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps.

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher.
