We are hiring a Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant for a small, fast-growing company in the cleaning services industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a United States based company. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, proactive, highly organized, and possesses a positive, owner-like mindset to manage bookings and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls/messages, qualify leads, and book services using provided scripts and pricing guidelines.
Coordinate schedules and dispatch cleaners, handling day-of logistics such as property access and real-time issue resolution.
Manage customer communications via phone, SMS, and email; process reschedules and service adjustments professionally.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling tools, track job status and KPIs, and produce daily/weekly reports.
Support hiring workflows by posting ads, pre-screening applicants, and assisting with onboarding documentation.
Create and update SOPs, checklists, and templates to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the founder to recommend process improvements and ensure a high-quality experience for clients and cleaners.
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual: English–Spanish.
2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, dispatching, or operations (ideally within home services).
Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert inquiries into bookings.
Experience coordinating schedules and managing time-sensitive logistics calmly.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets/metrics.
Reliability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the cleaning or home services industry (e.g., maid service, maintenance).
Experience with recruiting/onboarding administration and SOP documentation.
Required Skills & Tools:
CRM/Communications: GoHighLevel and OpenPhone (or comparable tools).
Scheduling: BookingKoala (or similar job scheduling software).
Productivity: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Slack.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-Time position; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST).
This is a fully remote job for a United States based company.
Pay ranges from 13 800 MXN - 26 600 MXN, depending on experience and skill.
Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays, PTO, and clear growth potential as the team scales.

Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher.
