We are hiring an Public Relations Account Executive for a dynamic company in the executive coaching and speaking engagement industry. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a hunger to build speaker empires stage by stage. If you're a natural hustler with a flair for outreach, organization, and strategy, this role is made for you.
Your mission is to win high-leverage speaking engagements for clients – whether they’re paid gigs or free stages with powerful lead generation potential. You’ll be given everything you need to succeed: training, templates, tools, and systems. What we need is someone hungry enough to work them.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Prospecting: Build and maintain a Dream 100 list of targeted stages across podcasts, summits, conferences, and niche events.
Stage Outreach: Use pre-built email templates and outreach scripts to pitch speakers to decision-makers and meeting planners.
Stage Booking: Follow up, close opportunities, and secure confirmed stage appearances aligned with client strategy.
Manage Speaker Assets: Use ready-made speaker pages, reels, bios, and decks to position clients with excellence.
CRM & Reporting: Track all outreach, conversations, stage progress, and outcomes using established tools and workflows.
Collaborate with Clients: Understand each speaker’s ideal audience, business model, and goals to tailor outreach accordingly.
Optimize and Improve: Identify new outreach strategies, refine the process, and share what’s working across the team.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in B2B high-ticket Sales or Business Development (with proven track record of pitching to C-level / decision makers)
Excellent written communication and persuasive email skills
Proven problem-solving mindset with a determination to succeed
Highly organized with strong follow-up and calendar management skills
Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience booking or pitching speakers
Familiarity with podcast outreach or event coordination
Background in copywriting or marketing automation
Agency experience or managing multiple client relationships
Required Skills & Tools:
CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Slack
Prospecting or outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter)
General tech-savviness and a fast learner with software
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position; PST working hours.
This is a fully remote job for a U.S.-based company.
Pay ranges from R14,000 to R22,000 per month, depending on experience and skill.
Annual raises, performance bonuses, and PTO offered.
