What this role covers

We are hiring an Inside Sales & Real Estate Project Coordinator for a Real Estate Investment company in the Property/Construction industry. This is a part-time remote role for a US-based company. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a commercial mindset combined with strong organizational skills to manage property data, lead generation, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Conduct cold calling to realtors and homeowners of distressed or abandoned properties to identify off-market opportunities.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with realtors in target areas on behalf of the company.

  • Project Tracking: Create and maintain spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track project timelines, costs, and data for "fix and flip" investments.

  • Administrative Compliance: Pull permits from the city, schedule inspections, and manage necessary paperwork for job sites.

  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate "draws" with banks by uploading project photos to Google Drive and submitting proper documentation for fund withdrawals.

  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, manage receipts, and handle general team communication via text/messaging to take pressure off the principals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a sales-oriented or cold-calling role.

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, within real estate, construction, or property management.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to build systems from the ground up.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral, professional accent (South African market prioritized).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with US-based real estate wholesalers or investors.

  • Experience navigating city permit processes or construction scheduling.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced "joint venture" environment.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Google Workspace (Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar)

  • CRM (GoHighLevel, or similar)

  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced tracking and data entry)

  • Communication Tools (WhatsApp/Texting for real-time updates)

  • VOIP/Calling Software (For outbound cold calling)

Schedule & Pay:

  • PART-TIME position; US Business hours in the PST time zone (to be confirmed based on principal requirements).

  • This is a fully remote job for a US-based company.

  • Pay ranges from R7,000 - R8,000 

  • Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays PTO.

System Requirements:

  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher

  • 8 GB of RAM or higher

  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer

  • HD 720p webcam
